The Milk
The ice cream is made exclusively from high quality mountain milk. It is a unique production in Italy. It is made from milk of "Bianca Piemontese" cow on Cuneo valleys farms - Municipalities of Cartignano, Roccabruna, Villar San Constanzo, Dronero and Demonte - at altitudes between 750 and 1500 meters. The cows are fed in the summer pasture with fresh grass and hay in winter. The animals are never fed silage and fodder. 

The hazelnuts

For our ice cream we use the Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnut produced in the province of Cuneo, Asti and Alessandria, in the hills of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato.

The chocolate
To produce  chocolate and Gianduja we use the Domori "Morogoro", made by a cocoa growing in a small Tanzania region. Notes of wood and spices.


The Pistachio "Verde Naturale"

The paste we use to produce our pistachio is made of 100% pistachio. We do not add any ingredient. It is a blend of the best origins we varies at every harvest to obtain always the maximum of the quality . The pistachio we use is "early picked", harvested, before full ripeness. This allows to serve a "verde natuarale" product without adding any colorants.

The fruit
The Sorrento lemon, the sweet Camarosa strawberry, the Williams Pear, the Ciaculli tangerine

The sauces 
They are produced using handmade techniques from “Golosi di salute”, a company of Eataly group that produces high quality healthy pastry.


The Lait gelato is natural. We do not use hydrogenated vegetable fats. We do not use emulsifiers, colorings, flavurings or added preservatives.
